What makes a Cold IPA truly special? It all starts with fermentation at a cool temperature of 15 to 18 degrees Celsius, a technique that was already being used 10 years ago. This temperature causes the yeast to flocculate more, resulting in a clearer beer.

What really makes this IPA super special is that this time we’ve chosen hops from Slovenia and Poland! After great success, these are now also commercially available. Magnat and Lublin from Poland, Aurora from Slovenia. As we are used to with European hops, these also lean towards the more herbal side of the aroma spectrum, with hints of lavender, lemongras
