This brew is a tribute to innovation and lessons learned from our past. “Brain Fog” is the first in a new series of Battle Royale beers, crafted with insights from previous editions and built upon the legacy of Strata Wars III—a crowd favorite that once graced select taps. This time, we’ve taken it up a notch, blending a dynamic mix of hops, revisiting a unique yeast strain from our archives, and balancing the malt bill to create a fresh take on the New England IPA.
What to Expect:
Appearance: A hazy golden hue with a soft glow, embodying the signature look of a NEIPA.
Aroma: Bursting with vibrant tropical fruits, juicy citrus, and a hint of resinous pine, thanks to the interplay of Amarillo, Cascade, and Strata hops.
Flavor: A medley of mango, passionfruit, and orange shines through, complemented by subtle notes of wheat and oats. The balanced bitterness lingers, offering a smooth, juicy finish.
Mouthfeel: Silky and full-bodied, with a velvety texture that coats your palate while maintaining a refreshing drinkability.
