De andere komt binnen.<\/div>\n<div class=\"ql-block\" data-block-id=\"block-GxO47Kr6Us\">Feint the Cross is een Double IPA gebouwd rond drie Amerikaanse hops: Amarillo, Idaho 7 en Cascade. Amarillo brengt sinaasappel en grapefruit, Cascade die klassieke citrusbite, terwijl Idaho 7 het geheel richting tropisch fruit, steenfruit en een licht harsige kant trekt. Vooral bij late hopgiften staat Idaho 7 bekend om z&#8217;n uitgesproken ananaskarakter. En laat dat nou precies zijn waar we &#8216;m flink hebben ingezet.<\/div>\n<div class=\"ql-block\" data-block-id=\"block-l-Zd5du1Sj\">En flink betekent hier ook echt flink.<\/div>\n<div class=\"ql-block\" data-block-id=\"block-AdLsLhwwyo\">Amarillo en Idaho 7 gaan royaal de whirlpool in, gevolgd door een dryhop van 25 kilo waarin Amarillo de hoofdrol pakt. Daaronder houden we het simpel: Pale Malt met 9,5% gemoute haver voor wat extra body, zonder dat het bier zwaar wordt. De berekende bitterheid komt uit op 40,9 IBU.<\/div>\n<div class=\"ql-block\" data-block-id=\"block-9dfZlcsz0O\">Veel citrus. Rijp tropisch fruit. Ananas en steenfruit. Een beetje dennen en hars eronder.
