Are you passionate about cooking and eager to learn from an experienced chef in a creative, raw, and energetic setting? Then we’ve got a spot for you on our kitchen team! We’re hiring for both our Binnenhaven (city centre) and Thuishaven (Binckhorst) locations.

Kompaan is South Holland’s largest independent craft beer brewery, born from friendship and a shared love of bold flavours. From our brewery in The Hague’s Binckhorst district, we run two unique hospitality venues—each with its own character and energy:

Thuishaven (Binckhorst) – Our original brewpub, located right next to the brewery. It’s set in a developing industrial area with waterfront views, a sunny 200-seat terrace, and large windows that look straight into our brewhouse. Expect house-brewed beers paired with high-end street food and BBQ-inspired specials—all in a relaxed, creative atmosphere.

Binnenhaven (City Centre) – A vibrant taproom in the heart of The Hague. With 20 rotating taps, a Kamado-style BBQ kitchen, a sun-soaked city terrace, and a full calendar of live music, pub quizzes, and events, this is where good vibes and great flavours meet.

Two locations, one vision: bringing people together through craft beer, creative dishes, and genuine hospitality.

🚀 What you’ll be doing

★ Hands-on kitchen work: prep, BBQ, service, and cleaning
★ Learning new recipes and techniques alongside our chef
★ Maintaining hygiene and a safe kitchen environment
★ Helping improve dishes and kitchen processes

★ Gross monthly salary between €2800 and €3500 (based on experience), plus tips
★ 25 paid vacation days for full-time contracts
