Battle Royale – Moby Dick Re-Revisited

The Kompaan BATTLES ROYALE series is a never-ending bout between the freshest and most exciting hops set in an epic 44 cl. arena. We release new ones with lightning speed, so keep your guard up and you’ll never miss one.

Practice makes perfect, and repetition leads to perfection. That’s why we’re presenting another White IPA, with wheat as its base. This time, we’ve added buckwheat, an ingredient we once used in collaboration with Kaapse Brouwers. Buckwheat gives the beer a grassy, citrusy note. Of course, we’ve also added a hefty dose of hops, including Cryo Hop and Phantasm. The yeast was harvested from the Reketye Collab, resulting in a wonderfully complex beer. It’s robust and incredibly tasty!
