0What do you get when two bold breweries join forces? KellerPiña is a wild Tepache Keller, a fusion of German Kellerbier and Mexican Tepache. We used 1000 kg of pineapple and gave the beer a fiery twist with Madame Jeanette, Habanero, Jalapeño, and Chipotle. The result? A fruity, spicy explosion with tropical vibes and a serious kick.
INGREDIENTS:
Appearance: Hazy golden with a soft, frothy white head.
Aroma: Tropical pineapple, warm chili spice, and a whisper of cinnamon.
Flavor: Sweet, juicy pineapple upfront, followed by a kick of heat and subtle smoky spice.
Mouthfeel: Crisp, refreshing, and lightly spicy with a lingering tropical tang.
