I’m no school boy but I know what I like…
A traditional but top-fermented bock style beer, using a lot of cara-malts. We added some sea salt and caramel at the end of the fermenting process resulting in a sweet-ish, but very creamy (sticky!) beer.
HOPS: Cascade, Magnum, Warrior

MALTS: Barley, Wheat
IBU: 22.6
EBC: 35.4
ALCOHOL: 7,5%
