Bondgenoot, Kameraad, Handlanger, and Bloedbroeder — the names of our beers are rooted in friendship. That’s how Kompaan began: two friends on a craft beer adventure. Today, we’ve grown into the largest independent craft brewery in South Holland.
BINNENHAVEN, our lively taproom in the heart of The Hague, features 20 taps, a sunny terrace, and a steady stream of events. Our kitchen serves up high-end street food, all prepared on a signature Kamado-style barbecue. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for passionate people to join our team!
Tasks & Responsibilities
★ Taking care of mise en place
★ Setting up and preparing work areas
★ Promptly indicating where focus is needed
Serving
★ Taking orders, explaining the menu, and advising on beer choices
★ Consulting the host or manager for exceptions
★ Communicating orders through the cash register
★ Moving tables for next guests
★ Handling of payments through the cash register
Cash register and administrative tasks
★ Creating bills and settling accounts with guests
★ Taking/noting reservations, coordinating with the host or manager
