What is HyperBoost™?
Developed by Yakima Chief Hops, Mosaic® HyperBoost™ is a refined hop extract designed to intensify aroma without adding excess plant material to the brew. This results in a cleaner, more defined hop profile with maximum impact. In Deep Sea Odyssey, it highlights mango, citrus, and vibrant fruit flavors, enhancing depth while maintaining balance.
What to Expect:
Appearance: A hazy, light amber beer with a glowing opacity, characteristic of the IPA style.
Aroma: An enticing bouquet of tropical fruits, including mango and citrus, with underlying notes of coconut and peach from HBC 1019.
