Introducing Stoere Binck: a bold, barrel-aged imperial stout brewed right here in The Hague and aged on authentic jenever barrels from the iconic Rutte Distillery in Dordrecht.
This exclusive beer was made possible through the Rutte Rijpend Bier Challenge, where we received three of their beautiful oak barrels to fill with our heaviest, most characterful stout. The result? A complex, full-bodied beer with deep notes of roasted malt, juniper, oak, licorice, and a soft vanilla touch. Warm, rich, and unapologetically Dutch.
What to Expect
Appearance: Deep black with a dark caramel foam
Aroma: Woody jenever, roasted malt, vanilla, subtle spice
Flavor: Rich dark chocolate, licorice, oak, juniper, gentle heat
