“Sun-Block” is a tribute to the rich tradition of brewing strong ales during the winter solstice, a practice known as “sun-turn brewing.” This ancient custom celebrates the year’s darkest day with robust and warming beers, often crafted to be savored slowly. “Sun-Block” captures this spirit with its depth and richness, delivering bold notes of roasted coffee and chocolate from its carefully selected malts. Warrior and Fuggle hops enhance the complexity with an earthy and slightly spicy bitterness, rounding out a full-bodied and indulgent experience.
