Dry-hopped twice for maximum flavour impact, The Leviathan explodes with sweet berry, ripe peach, citrus zest and passionfruit, riding on a soft, full body of malted oats, flaked corn and wheats. Brewed with London Fog yeast for that luscious haze and velvety mouthfeel, this is a final boss you’ll want to be devoured by.

KOMPAAN brewery design started in 2015. The realization and commissioning of the brewery took place in 2016. The brewery consists of 4x 35hl vessels: mash tun, lauter tun, boiling kettle and a whirlpool.
