Kompaan is looking for energetic, friendly and enthusiastic people to join our crew at both Binnenhaven (our city centre taphouse) and Thuishaven (our brewpub in Binckhorst).

No experience? No problem. Bring the energy and we’ll teach you the rest.

You’ll become part of a young, international team where hard work, good vibes and great beer go hand in hand.

What will you do?

Depending on the day, you’ll help with:

🍻 Pouring beers
🍹 Making cocktails
🍔 Serving food
📝 Taking orders
🙋‍♀️ Advising guests
🧹 Clearing and resetting tables
🏃 Running food and drinks
💥 Helping create an unforgettable experience for our guests

No experience required. Enthusiasm is.

Who are we looking for?

Someone who:

✔️ Is 16 years or older
✔️ Brings positive energy

✔️ Isn’t afraid of hard work
✔️ Is available during evenings and weekends
✔️ Brings a smile to every shift

Dutch is appreciated, but not required. Fluent English is however a must.
