Inner Fire is a Cold IPA that keeps things tight and focused. It’s brewed cold and finished clean, but there’s plenty going on once you start drinking it.
The base is light and crisp, thanks to pilsner malt and flaked rice. That keeps the beer dry and snappy, with no extra weight. Centennial brings a familiar bitterness and a bit of bite. HBC 1134 adds bright citrus and tropical notes in the whirlpool. The dry hop with HBC 1019 (Dolcita) pushes things further with stone fruit, resin, and a subtle spicy edge.
Fermented cool and clean, Inner Fire stays sharp from start to finish. It drinks easy, but the hop character builds with every sip. Crisp, controlled, and quietly intense. Proof that a Cold IPA doesn’t have to shout to make an impact.
