In accordance with the Shipping, Refund & Returns E-Commerce Regulations of The Netherlands Webshop orders are processed on Tuesday & Fridays and are delivered within 2 to 3 working days after processing.

Pick-Up Information
Currently it is NOT possible to pick up your order at our Brewery nor the adjacent Thuishaven Craft Beer Bar. However, we do have a Beershop conveniently located inside our bar where you can buy most of our beers. Please note that some Webshop Deals are *Webshop Only*
Returns
Are you not satisfied with the package or items you received, and you wish to return it? No problem. Products can be returned without the need of giving a reason for the retun within 14 days after ordering. Please not that *shipping costs for returned packages are not covered*. We accept returns that are within the following conditions:
★ The item(s) are returned within 14 days after the package was received.
★ The item(s) are in the same condition as you received them.
★ The item(s) are not worn, washed or used.
★ Beers must of course be unopened and undamaged.
If the previous conditions are met and you wish to return all, or some of the items you received, or if you have any further questions regarding shipping returns please contact us.
Damaged goods
Kompaan Dutch Craft Beer Company is not liable for damage to the order during delivery. We are of course happy to help you find a solution if your products arrive damaged. Contact us by phone (0707622494) or e-mail (bestelling@kompaanbier.nl) and give us your order number and as much information as possible about the damage – preferably including a photo.
Order incomplete
