The malt base is lean and simple, which keeps the beer clear, dry, and focused. Magnum sets a firm, clean bitterness. HBC 638 adds pine and structure early on. HBC 1134 brings some brightness and fruit in the whirlpool. The dry hop with HBC 522 and more HBC 638 tightens everything up and pushes the aroma forward.
