Cosmic Haymaker is a NEIPA that hits fast and wide, but stays easy to drink. Soft, hazy, and built around hop aroma rather than bitterness.
The base is thick and smooth, with plenty of oats, wheat, and barley to give the beer its creamy body. Mosaic goes in hot-side to lay down a juicy foundation. But from there, Strata is the star of this showdown, with big layers of tropical fruit, light dankness, and a touch of berry. A final hit of Citra tightens things up with fresh citrus and lift.
Fermented with London Fog yeast, everything stays soft and rounded. Low bitterness keeps the focus on aroma and juice. It drinks smooth, opens up as it warms, and keeps throwing out new hop notes every sip. A clean NEIPA with a wide swing and a soft landing.
