This Northern IPA leans into structure over softness. Built on a crisp malt base with a firm bitterness and a dry finish. No haze, no fluff. Just a modern IPA with a colder edge.
Centennial sets the tone with grapefruit peel and classic resinous bitterness. Azacca brings layers of mango, citrus and light pine, while El Dorado adds subtle stone fruit and a touch of candy-like fruit sweetness. Everything stays tight, balanced and refreshing.
This is an IPA made to snap back. Bright, bitter and dangerously drinkable.

Appearance: Bright golden with a light haze and dense white foam
