This SMASH IPA is built entirely around Mosaic. A hop that doesn’t need backup. From kettle to whirlpool to dry hop, Mosaic drives everything here. Big aroma, layered fruit and a clean bitterness that keeps the whole thing sharp.
You’ll get waves of mango, blueberry, citrus peel and ripe tropical fruit, backed by subtle pine and a slightly dank edge. The Maris Otter base keeps things crisp and lightly bready without getting in the way.
No hop blend hiding behind complexity. Just Mosaic, front and center.
