Centennial is often called a “supercharged Cascade” and brings the best of old-school citrus punch and new-school NEIPA juiciness. Think lemon peel, floral grapefruit, and a whiff of pine resin, all layered on a silky-soft malt body of Maris Otter, malted oats, and torrified wheat. Cold-infused and brewed for outrageous freshness.
