Prickly Prick doesn’t ease you in. It pokes first.
This fruited sour is built on a light, wheat-forward base and loaded with prickly pear for a bright, slightly wild fruit character. Prickly pear isn’t loud or candy-sweet. It’s subtle, fresh, and a little unexpected — part melon, part berry, with a soft floral edge.
The acidity stays clean and controlled, giving the fruit room to breathe instead of drowning it out. A touch of bitterness keeps things balanced, while the dry finish makes the beer dangerously refreshing.
Light, tart, and just sharp enough to keep you on your toes.
