Razzle Dazzle is a Saison that plays with perception.
Built on a dry, classic Saison base and loaded with raspberries, this beer looks fruity and smells fruity — but it drinks crisp and lean. The fruit adds brightness and a light natural tartness without turning the beer sweet or sour.
Saison yeast keeps the finish dry and peppery, while a touch of Barbe Rouge brings subtle red fruit and soft spice to tie everything together.

KOMPAAN brewery design started in 2015. The realization and commissioning of the brewery took place in 2016. The brewery consists of 4x 35hl vessels: mash tun, lauter tun, boiling kettle and a whirlpool.
