The rum barrels bring raw heat and dark sweetness. Molasses, brown sugar, overripe banana, and warm spice bleed into the beer, twisting the rich malt base into something wilder. Caramel and toffee still anchor it, but now they’re soaked in boozy warmth and sharp-edged intensity.
